% 21.12.2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance details filed by the petitioner was received by respondent No. 2 on 07.11.2016 and thereafter, respondent No. 2 sent a communication dated 15.11.2016 to respondent No. 3. However, till date no decision is taken by the respondents. Keeping in view the averments made in the said petition and submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition ,without issuing notice, directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take decision on the grievance details which is at Annexure - 14 within four weeks from the receipt of this order. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week in writing. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.

The Registry is directed to sent a copy of this order to respondent No. 2 and 3 for compliance.
