This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 11873/2018 and CM APPL.45987/2018 (Stay) Vide the present petition the petitioner is seeking directions for quashing the notice dated 20.08.2018 bearing no.1/4598331207 and bills dated 17.04.2017, 07.07.2018 and 16.10.2018. Mr. Sumeet Pushkarna, learned counsel for the respondent, on advance notice, submits that they will accept the present petition as a representation made by the petitioner and the same will be decided by the Director (Revenue), Delhi Jal Board within the time bound

manner.

Accordingly, I hereby direct the Director mentioned above to hear the petitioner and take decision on all the issues raised by the petitioner.

Till the decision is taken by the Director mentioned above, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. Parties shall appear before the Director (Revenue) on 13.11.2018 at 11.00 AM with all relevant documents, if any, in their possession.

The petition stands disposed of.
