1. The Respondent has handed over an order dated 27th August, 2019 issued by the CHS 1 Section, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, whereby the penalty imposed on the Petitioner is that of "withholding of 5% (Five) of the monthly pension otherwise admissible for a period of one year". There is a further direction that the Petitioner's gratuity should be released unless required to be withheld in any other case.
2. In that view of the matter, the Respondents are direct to compute the regular pension and issue appropriate orders in that regard, not later than eight weeks from today. The Petitioner's gratuity should also be released in terms of the admissible rules within the same period.

3. It will be open to the Petitioner if he is aggrieved by the order dated 27th August, 2019 to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
