This public interest petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a.

Issue writ of mandamus or any other such writ or order directing the Government of NCT of Delhi to forthwith and urgently, update the rules of Fire Services Act, 2010, in tune with Delhi Master Plan - 2021"

The very same issue has been considered in detail by a Division Bench of this Court, to which one of us (Chief Justice) is a member, in W.P.(C)No.1476/2014 titled Vikas Singh Vs. Lieutenant Governor & Ors. decided on 20.01.2016.
