% 07.09.2017 Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that though, the petitioner has been offered admission in Ramjas College, but, he has not been informed of the marks in the Sports Quota. In his submissions, in the event, the marks given in the Sports Quota are intimated to the petitioner, the petitioner may be entitled to admission in another college of his choice, as opted in the application seeking admission. Mr. Rupal, on instructions, submits that the marks awarded shall be communicated to the petitioner, so that, the petitioner may opt for another college of his choice, if, a seat is lying vacant or falls vacant in another college of his choice. Let it be done, within two days, as stated by ld. counsel for the respondent.

In view of the aforegoing, nothing survives in the petition. Petition is disposed off accordingly.
