O R D E R

% 09.04.2018 Petitioner no.2-Rajat is grandson of respondent nos. 2 and 3; whereas petitioner no.1-Rishab is friend of petitioner no.2. FIR No. 250/2017 under Section 452/394/34 IPC was registered at police station North Rohini on the complaint of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 has alleged in the FIR that petitioners had forcibly entered in his house and attempted to rob them. Respondent no.2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Raghu Kumar of police station North Rohini. They submits that they have pardoned the acts of petitioners who are 21 years of age and are still studying. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR

any further and the same may be quashed.

Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 and 3 are also on record at pages 34 to 37.

Keeping in view the peculiar facts of this case, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed subject to, however, costs of `20,000/- to be deposited by each of the petitioner with the Bar Council of Delhi Advocates Welfare Fund within two weeks. Receipt, evidencing deposit of costs, be handed over to the Investigating Officer.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
