% 17.05.2017 This is an application for review of judgment dated 4th November, 2016. As there is delay of 150 days in filing of the review application, application for condonation of delay has been filed. Before issuing notice on the application seeking condonation of delay, we deem it appropriate to examine the review application/petition on merits.

We do not find any ground for review in terms of Order XLVII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is made out. Accordingly, we dismiss the application for condonation of delay and the review application/petition.
