We have not expressed any opinion on the issues raised in this writ petition with regard to the validity of Regulation 5(6)(i) of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008. The issues raised are left open to be decided in an appropriate case. The writ petition stands disposed of.
