Learned counsel for respondent No.4, BSES RPL seeks extension of time to deposit the balance compensation amount in terms of the para-6 of the judgment dated 09th August, 2017 on the ground that the calculation of the balance amount could not be completed.

The Accounts Officer of this Court has calculated the balance amount payable in terms of the judgment dated 09th August, 2017 according to which Rs.4,49,436/- is payable as on today. The computation done by the Accounts Officer is accepted.

Respondent No.4 is granted further two weeks time to deposit the amount (the amount payable on 26th September, would be Rs.4,51,056/- ) within a period of two weeks from today with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch by means of a cheque drawn in the name of UCO Bank A/c Usha Mehan.

List for disbursement on 26th September, 2017. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for respondent No.4 under signature of Court Master.
