O R D E R

% 08.02.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole so as to repair his house. The latest nominal roll of the petitioner has been handed-over which shows that after the rejection of the application vide the communication dated 26th July, 2018 the petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of two weeks with effect from 20th August, 2018 and that presently also the petitioner is on parole with effect from 28th January, 2019 for a period of two weeks granted by the GNCTD.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is already on parole and after the last rejection has also availed a furlough, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed. Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
