By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner is praying for anticipatory bail in case FIR No.150/2017, registered at PS Ranjit Nager, Delhi under Sections 468/471 IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is a government servant i.e. a school teacher and the aforementioned FIR has been registered against him mainly on the allegation that during investigation of case FIR No.95/17 PS Ranjit Nagar, he was arrested on 14th March, 2017, during his personal search, the following documents were recovered from his possession:- (a) One D/L No.P08041991115523;

(b) Another driving licence issued from NWZ-II, Rohini Authority without mentioning detail and licence number of holder; BAIL APPLN. 1693/2017

(c) One R/C bearing No.DL-8CH without mentioning of number and registered owner;

(d) Another R/C number DL-8S AE Ch. No.ME4KF078D, Engine No.KF07E90 in the name of Block Kumar S/o Dass Kumar R/o Block Ful, New Delhi;

(e) One ID card issued by Transport Department in the name of Dr.Ramesh Chander bearing No.EMP-1P199414172 dated 07.10.1997; (f) One DTC hallmark with photo;

(g) One ID card of Security and Intelligence India Ltd. in the name of Aruu Kumar bearing No. And designation mention valid upto 13.12.2016; and (h) One complaint dated 25.02.2017 against Principal Indal Singh of GBSSS, Prem Nagar, Delhi written to Director of Education. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also contended that the FIR in question has been registered against the petitioner due to various complaints being filed by the wife of the petitioner against the police officials. 4.

In the above circumstances it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO.

Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
