% 08.03.2016 C.M.No.7935/2016 Present application has been filed by respondent No.6 seeking for some more time to comply with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 18th November, 2015.

In the application, it has been averred that in pursuance to the order dated 18th November, 2015, respondent No.6 on 20th January, 2016 has sent letters to various Olympic Associations of the States as well as Union Territories requesting them to provide information from their respective States Boxing Associations as to whether Boxing India or Indian Amateur Boxing Federation was working for the benefit of Boxing Sport in their respective States.

In the application, it has also been averred that respondent No.6 is still awaiting the responses from various Olympic Associations of States and Union Territories.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent no.4 state that delay in complying with the order dated 18th November, 2015 would cost the country 'dearly' as Indian boxers would not be able to participate in the qualifying round to be held in China on 23rd March, Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court expresses its dismay at the way the respondent no.6 has sought to comply with the order dated 18th November, 2015. In today's age of modern communication, it is not understood as to why it is taking so long for various Olympic Associations of States and Union Territories to give their responses.

Keeping in view the urgency pointed out by the counsel for the petitioner and respondent no.4, this Court directs the respondent no.6 to comply with the order dated 18th November, 2015 on or before 14th March, 2016.

Respondent no.1 - Union of India is directed to take a decision in compliance with the order dated 18th November, 2015 on or before 19th March, 2016.

With the aforesaid directions, the present application stands disposed of.

Copy of order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
