% 23.02.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.35/2014, under Sections 406/420/120B/34 IPC, Police Station Barakhamba Road.

During the course of arguments, it has been submitted by the learned APP for the State that the Investigating Officer has already filed the charge sheet in the Court and the petitioner is no more required for the purpose of investigation by the Investigating Officer. In view of the same, the learned Senior Counsel for the
