% 01.04.2016 Learned counsel for both the parties submit that in another petition Arbitrator has been appointed. With the consent of the parties, the present petition is disposed of. It is directed that the interim order granted on 17th August, 2015 shall continue. As agreed, liberty is granted to the respondents to move an application for vacation or modification of the said order in accordance with law, if so required. As and when the said application is moved, the same will be considered as per its own merit. The petition is disposed of.
