1. Learned counsel for the Judgement Debtor No. 1 has handed over the cheque no. 017192 dated 13th March 2019 drawn in favour of Indian Overseas Bank (Decree Holder) for an amount of Rs. 2,40,85,879.70/- (Two Crore Forty Lakh Eighty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Nine and Paise Seventy Only) to the learned counsel for the Decree Holder towards the satisfaction of the decretal amount.
2. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder accepts the payment but states that he would like to confirm the calculation for arriving at the figure which is mentioned in the cheque.
3. It is made clear that, in case, any discrepancy is found in the calculation, the same would be, at the first instance be conveyed to learned counsel for
the Judgement Debtor. In case, the issue still remains unresolved, the parties would be at liberty to approach the Court.
4. In view of the above directions, the present petition along with the pending application stands disposed of.
