% 09.05.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties state that they have arrived at an out of court settlement of all the underlying disputes vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 31.03.2018. Counsel, therefore, state that the present proceeding may be disposed of in terms of the said settlement. In view of the foregoing, the present appeal is disposed of as compromised, in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 31.03.2018, directing the parties to comply with their reciprocal obligations thereunder, without demur. The pending application also stands disposed of.
