1. By the order dated 19th August, 2015, this Court directed that no further recovery should be made from the Petitioner in respect of the tax demand for the Assessment Year ('AY') 2012-13 till the disposal of the Petitioner's appeal by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals).

2. It is stated that the said appeal is yet to be disposed of by the CIT(A).

3. The Court directs the CIT(A) to dispose of the Petitioner's appeal not later than eight weeks from today and in any event not later than 18th April, 2016. W.P.(C) 7897/2015 Page 1 of 2

The Petitioner will appear before the CIT(A), in the pending appeal, on 15th February, 2016 at 11am.

4. In the event of the CIT(A) disposing of the appeal in compliance with the above directions, the prayers in this petition would not survive.

5. The interim order already passed on 19th August, 2015 is made absolute till the disposal of the appeal by the CIT(A).

6. The petition and the pending application are disposed of with the above directions.
