Mehta in the present suit and for restoration of the same to its original status or in the alternative, for correction of the order dated 28th October, 2015 to the extent that instead of giving liberty to the parties to file fresh independent proceedings, the existing suit may be continued as per clause 6 (iv) of the settlement deed.
