O R D E R

% 02.05.2017 The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the investigation of case FIR No.325/2014, under Sections 420/468/471 IPC of Police Station Chittranjan Park has been concluded and a report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) has already been submitted in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate in May, 2016 seeking prosecution of the petitioner.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of this information, he is under instructions to withdraw the present petition though seeking liberty to urge all the contentions raised here before the trial court. The petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
