% 18.02.2016 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the petition can be disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dated 28.10.2015 (in short the MOU), which has been arrived at between the parties with the intercession of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. Having regard to the aforesaid, the petition and the application are disposed of in terms of the MOU. No further orders are called for. Parties will abide by their undertakings.
