Mr. Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State.

At joint request, the application is taken up for hearing. This application seeks correction of a typographical error in paras 1 and 5 of the order dated 13.11.2018, which quashed an FIR No.345/2016, registered under Section 7 of the Haryana Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1974 at Police Station GTB Nagar, however, the Police Station should have been read as 'GTB Enclave'. The error is ex facie typographical. It is accordingly rectified. Accordingly, the quashed FIR should be read as having been registered at Police Station GTB Enclave.

The application stands disposed-off in terms of the above. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
