% 14.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the matter is listed on 03.01.2019 before the trial court for recording of the statement of the prosecutrix. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply afresh for bail once the statement of the prosecutrix is recorded.

In view of the above, the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
