% 26.09.2018 Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that charge-sheet has already been filed on conclusion of investigation into FIR no. 27/2015 of police station Economic Offences Wing and, therefore, this petition seeking quashing of the said FIR may be permitted to be withdrawn, the petitioner reserving the right to raise the contentions set out in the petition as defences at appropriate stage of proceedings before the trial court.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
