% 16.11.2018 By way of this petition, petitioner had sought quashing of coercive process taken against petitioner till petitioner's review petition is decided. Respondents' counsel informs that petitioner's review petition has been dismissed in default on 26th September, 2018. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that steps to seek restoration of the review petition would be taken within four weeks from today and till the orders on petitioner's application seeking restoration of the review petition are passed, petitioner be protected. In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is disposed of as infructuous to enable petitioner to get the review petition revived. Till appropriate orders are passed on petitioner's application seeking W.P.(C) 7565/2017

restoration of the review petition, no coercive steps be taken against petitioner.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
