% 15.03.2017 CM No. 22440/2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the respondents have received possession of the tenanted premises on account of execution proceedings undertaken before the trial court. He submits that the petitioner remains in breach of the undertaking and has not paid the user charges/damages @ Rs.3,500/- per month as directed by this court by order dated 27.08.2015.
The petitioner who is present in person seeks to submit that he is in a financial problem.
As the respondent has received possession, the present application is disposed of.
Liberty is granted to the respondents to execute the necessary orders as per law.
