O R D E R

% 03.08.2016 The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor No.1 states that Judgment Debtor No.2 to 5 are not parties to the arbitration proceedings which culminated into the award. Therefore, the present petition against them is not maintainable. He further states that he shall file an affidavit disclosing assets of Judgment Debtor No.1.

It is directed that the Managing Director/Director of Judgment Debtor No.1 shall file an affidavit disclosing of the assets of Judgment Debtor No.1 in Form 16A Appendix E under Order XXI Rule 41(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure alongwith statements of all bank accounts and the Income Tax Returns for the last three years within a period of four weeks from today. The learned counsel for the parties submit that the subject matter of the present suit is within the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Courts. Accordingly, the present suit is transferred to the District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court, New Delhi District. The Registry is directed to transfer the files of the present case to the said Court.
