Appellants are said to have deposited the entire amount of Rs. 10 lacs in this Court as referred to in the order dated 4.12.2018. This amount can be paid to the respondent, and which the respondent will receive in full and final satisfaction of the claims of the respondent against the appellants which are the subject matter of the present litigation, but this amount will be paid to the respondent by the Registry of this Court on both the parties filing a joint petition for quashing of the criminal complaint which is pending between the parties.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid consent order.
