O R D E R

% 06.03.2018 This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the engagement of the petitioner for providing security services to the respondent.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the arbitration agreement between the parties is contained in the 'Agreement For Security Contract' dated 10th September, 2012.

Counsel for the respondent submits that, though the existence of arbitration agreement in the above mentioned agreement is not denied, the said agreement was confined to the respondent's premises at Bawana Industrial area. For the other areas, where the petitioner was providing the security services, separate agreements/Work Orders were executed and the same do not contain any arbitration agreement. In light of the objection raised by the respondent, counsel for

the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take such appropriate legal remedy as may be open to it in law.
