% 30.05.2018 The appellants are present in Court. They have produced their respective Aadhar Card showing that appellant no.

1-Mr.

Fakkar Mohammed is the son of Mr. Asaru and a resident of Sipai Gachh, North Dinajpur, West Bengal. Appellant no. 2 also, has produced proof of her identity. They have also produced the Passbook of the Joint Bank Account maintained with UCO Bank, Distt. Uttar Dinajpur, Ramganj Branch since the year 201, the account no. is 14220110030585. Photocopies of the said documents, signed by the learned counsel for the appellants, has been taken on record.

The respondent shall deposit the awarded amount within four weeks from today with the Manager, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. Upon deposit of the awarded amount, an amount of Rs. 1 lac each shall be released to the appellants. The remaining amount shall be kept in interest bearing FDRs of Rs. 1 lac each to mature every successive year.

Upon maturity, the principal amount along with the interest accrued thereon, shall be credited into the aforesaid Bank Account to enure to the equal benefit of the appellants. The Manager-UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch shall retain the original FDRs till the date of their maturity. The appellants may approach the Court in case of any exigency. The appeal stands disposed-off in terms of the above. A copy of this order be given dasti to the appellant under the signature of the Court Master.
