Mr. J.K. Singh accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.

Learned counsel says that he does not wish to file a reply to the captioned petition as he does not oppose the prayer made therein. 5.

Via this petition, the petitioner seeks extension of time for concluding arbitration proceedings.

The record shows that the Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 01.06.2017.

The record further shows that thereafter, the Arbitral Tribunal vide order dated 09.04.2018 with the mutual consent of the parties extended the time for concluding arbitration proceedings by a period of 6 months. 8.

I am told that the matter is at the stage of arguments. 9.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to extend time for concluding arbitration proceedings and pronouncement of award by a period of 6 months, commencing from 01.11.2018.
