% 20.11.2018 It is stated in the present petition that the petitioner had retired from Government Aided Minority School/respondent No. 3, after attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2018, however, till date, the retiral benefits of the petitioner have not been released to him. Keeping in view the averments made in the instant writ petition and the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present writ petition directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits to the petitioner, if not already released, admissible as per rules, within a period of four weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner would be entitled to penal interest.

With the above directions, this writ petition, is accordingly, disposed of.
