% 21.02.2017 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016, which has been approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court.

Learned counsels for the parties have admitted that sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs. 2 crore, therefore the present matter needs to be transferred to concerned district court.

In view of same and in view of order dated 14.02.2017 of the Hon'ble Court, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi for 30.03.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court.
