o/o 23.01.2019 It is submitted that petitioners are father and daughter. Petitioners have settled the matter with complainant vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 20.01.2019. In terms of the settlement, out of the total

settled amount of ?22 lacs, has been paid to the complainant vide three demand drafts and ^13 lacs have been paid vide five post dated cheques, as detailed in the MOU. It is submitted that remaining settled amount of ^2 lacs, towards compensation, would be paid to complainant at the time of quashing of FIR.

Counsel for the complainant has not disputed the settlement. He submits that complainant has no objection in case anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners in view of the settlement. Keeping in mind the settlement, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioners be released on bail, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ^25,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station. In case of violation of terms of settlement complainant will be at liberty to take appropriate steps for cancellation of bail.

Both the above-noted bail applications are disposed of in the above terms.
