% 14.11.2019 Learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the undertaking given on 24.10.2019, petitioner has handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises on 10.11.2019. Petitioner has further paid a sum of Rs.4 lakhs by way of a cheque bearing No.396638 dated 11.11.2019 drawn on Indian Bank to the respondent in full and final settlement of all claims of the respondent.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent confirms that the possession has been received and also that all claims of the respondent stand fully and finally settled.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
