% 02.11.2018 CO.APPL.1307/2018 & Co.Pet.649/2015 This application, jointly filed by the petitioner and respondent, carrying the signatures of the parties as well as their respective learned counsel, seeks grant of permission to the petitioner to withdraw the company petition as the petitioner and the respondent have arrived at a settlement. The Settlement Agreement has been filed with the application and is marked as Annexure-A. Mr.Saakaar Sardana and Mr.Kapil Rustagi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent respectively, are ad idem that the matter has been settled. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the Settlement Agreement filed before this Court which shall be treated as a part of the order and to which both the parties undertake to remain bound.
