Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Respondent nos. 2 to 5 are present in Court and accept notice. They have been identified by ASI Dilbagh Singh of police station Mansarovar Park. Respondent nos.2 to 5 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Compromise Deed dated 24th September, 2018. Respondent nos. 2 to 5 say that they have no objection in case FIR No. 328/2015 under Sections 323/452/308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mansarover Park and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are

quashed.

Initially FIR was registered under Sections 323/452/34 IPC. Subsequently, Section 308 IPC was also added. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
