% 26.04.2016 I.A. No.5083/2016 This application has jointly been moved by the parties under Order 23 Rue 3 CPC to record their settlement. The application is signed by the parties and their respective counsels and it is also supported by the affidavit of Ms. Veena Poolakal, the authorised signatory of the plaintiff and Mr. Sajid Iqbal Khatau, the defendant no.1 and the authorised signatory of defendant no.2. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the said settlement is accepted, which shall continue to bind the parties. The suits stand decreed in terms of prayer A, B & C made in the plaint against the defendants. The parties are left to bear their respective costs.
