% 11.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after his father who is suffering from brain hemorrhage and that his mother is also suffering from various ailments and is not capable of taking care of his father.

Copy of the disability certificate of the father has also been placed on record. Despite the fact that notice was issued to the State, however, till date the State could not verify the genuineness of the documents. As per the nominal roll the conduct of the petitioner in jail is satisfactory. The remaining sentence of the appellant is nearly eight and a half months. Considering the facts noted above this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
