% 23.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he is to provide medical treatment to his mother. A status report has been filed as per which the medical documents of the mother of the petitioner have been verified. However, they indicate that the mother of the petitioner is suffering from mild hypertension which would require treatment on OPD basis. Thus, there is no emergent requirement of hospitalisation. Further, the family of the petitioner comprises of his brother and two sisters, out of whom, one though married, the other is unmarried. Therefore, one brother and one sister of the petitioner are there to look after the mother of the petitioner. Hence, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed.
