After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would voluntarily vacate the premises if some reasonable period is provided to them. He states that the petitioners shall find an alternative accommodation and handover the peaceful possession of the property in question (House No.347, H-Block, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060) within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

An undertaking to the aforesaid effect by way of an affidavit will be filed by the petitioners within a period of one week from today. 4.

In view of the above statement, the present petition is disposed of by directing the concerned District Magistrate not to take any coercive steps till

a further period of eight weeks from today.
