% 04.02.2016 By this petition filed under Section 397 of Cr. PC, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.05.2015 whereby the learned Metropolitan Magistrate had directed NBW against the petitioner in FIR No.447/2013 under Section 408/420/120-B/34 of IPC. Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner surrendered before the learned Trial Court and the Trial Court has released him on bail. In this view of the matter, Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the petition as well as pending applications are also disposed of.
