1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that taking into account that the impugned notifications were issued way back in the year 2018 and the petitioners are no longer manufacturing the 'Fixed Dose Combination (FDC)' drugs in question, they have instructions not to press the present petitions.

2. The petitions are, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the challenge raised by the petitioners.
