After some discussion, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 17 lacs over and above the amount so awarded amount payable by the Insurance company to the claimants. The amount be paid by the insurance company to the claimants through the DHCLSC within four weeks from today failing which interest @ 9% per annum shall be charged on delayed deposit. After the deposit of the amount by the insurance company with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, 50% of the amount shall be kept in FDR for five years in any Nationalised Bank or in any highest interest fetching FDR/scheme of Post Office.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
