% 17.07.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks directions to the SHO concerned to conduct proper investigation on the complaint dated 27th June, 2017. A further Status Report with an FSL report has been filed wherein an opinion on the suicide note to be in the handwriting of the deceased has been given.

Since despite pass over, none is present on behalf of the petitioner, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
