% 30.11.2017 Petitioner is landlord of respondent no.2. Petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 297/2017 under Sections 457/380/411 IPC registered at police station Subhash Place and the consequent proceedings may be quashed.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Jeetendra Singh of police station Subhash Place. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
