O R D E R

% 28.01.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal. Her only concern is that by virtue of impleadment of the grandparents of respondent No.1, the scope of the petition pending before the Company Law Board ought not to be enlarged. To my mind, impleadment has taken place vis-a-vis the pending petition. That concern does not arise at this juncture. The appeal and the pending application are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
