The matter is taken up today on CM APPL. 53436/2018 filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition submitting to the effect that the petitioner seeks to seek review of the impugned order dated 04.09.2017 before the learned Trial Court and seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file review application before the learned Trial Court. No notice having so far been issued and the matter is at initial stage, the prayer for withdrawal of the petition is thus allowed with liberty granted as prayed.

The application is disposed of.

Earlier date of hearing i.e. 15.01.2019 is cancelled. Copy of the order be given Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
