O R D E R

% 19.04.2017 CO.APPL.763/2017 in CO.PET.638/2015 CO.APPL.762/2017 in CO.PET.639/2015 The present are joint applications on behalf of the parties under Rule 9 of Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 for recording settlement and disposal of the petitions.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties in unison state that the latter have arrived at an amicable resolution of the underlying dispute, the terms of which are filed along with the Co.Appl.No.763/2017 as Annexure -I colly.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the payment in terms of the aforesaid settlement has been received. The agreement entered into between the parties is lawful and the same is accepted and taken on record.

In view of the above the present applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly.
