O R D E R

% 23.01.2019 The complainant in this case is the same as in Bail Application No. 2452/2018. According to the learned counsel for the complainant, all requisite monies have been received from the company in which the complainant had invested. The petitioner has been directed to join investigations, in view of the order passed in Bail Application No. 2452/2018.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 112/2018 registered under sections 420/34 IPC at Police Station Patel Nagar, New Delhi, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigations as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer;

(ii) he shall make no attempt, directly or indirectly, to contact the complainant or her relatives or close associates; (iii) he shall furnish his mobile phone number to the police, which shall be kept operational at all times, so that the police could contact him; (iv) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (v) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

Observations made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petition is disposed off in the above terms. The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Jail Superintendent, concerned for compliance. Additionally, a copy of the same shall also be delivered upon the Jail Superintendent through the police.
