Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to move an application for cancellation of NBWs and also be allowed to deposit Rs.60,000/- on account of instalments in the Court of the concerned learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
